Regarding the Covid-19 Pandemic in China

When a person is sick, it's one person's job; When a family gets sick, it's a family thing; When there is an epidemic in a city, it is the city's business; When a country has an epidemic, it's that country's business.

When the worldwide epidemic becomes more and more serious, it is all because there is no effective quarantine policy! (In China, everyone is quarantined.) in other words, people who are sick and infected with the virus are isolated will help control the outbreak.

Zero policy is often referred to as dynamic zero policy in mainland China. It relates to epidemic prevention and anti-epidemic policy in which a confirmed case of an infectious disease is found. This means that treatment is accompanied by epidemiological investigations, the isolation of all potential contacts, and the containment of virus-infected areas to reduce transmission and the number of confirmed cases. It was initially implemented in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore in response to the COVID-19 epidemic. However, after the popularization of vaccination, the deepening of awareness of the virus, and the decline of the virulence of the virus, most regions gradually withdrew from the zero policy in 2021 in order to maintain their own economies. Only mainland China and Macao worldwide are still clearly implementing the zero policy.

In order to resume work and production, we can also be afraid of the epidemic. No amount of confirmed cases and death rates can stop the conflict of the pro-democracy movement, which shows the necessity and necessity of resuming work! Symptomatic hospitals, and asymptomatic workshops, this is the world's standard. The shutdown policy is being blamed, not efforts to resume work and production...

After a fight against the epidemic, human beings continue to live normally, no one has changed the world, and no gods (China's leaders) have come down to perform... Just had to take some time off - what advanced experience can be drawn?

I repeat, whoever stops the resumption of work is the virus...(Up to now, the Chinese government is still in a comprehensive stop production, adhering to the zero policy!)

There is no wrong with setting up a stall (For the sake of people's livelihood, the Chinese government allows people to set up street stalls to sell goods. But it lasted only three weeks before it was shut down!). It is unfair not to go to work to get paid.

  1. I just looked up the stats on Coronavirus cases at https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/#countries

Given the 1.44 billion population, I'm surprised to see China is ranked at #108 in terms of number of cases.

I wonder how accurate China's stats are...

  2. I only see videos of what's going on in China on YouTube from various non-American media outlets. It's heartbreaking the way the people are being treated there.

  3. I never believed China's covid numbers day 1 but then again its hard to believe this current generation of mass media spewing lies 24/7.

  4. I agree that nothing has changed. Everyone basically moved on like COVID never existed.

  6. The world has changes so much since Covid-19. There are many statistics, globally, that are inaccurate.

  8. It seems to me that people are spending more and doing things more. The city is even busier then ever with all these concerts coming to town, games that are sold out, and conventions that are booked all around town. Was it a plan all along? Who knows. It sucks that it even happened.

  9. I contacted covid twice. The first time it actually saved my life revealing my heart issue and they proceeded to fix that. Second very sleepy, tired, no taste on food, no energy lasted about 3 weeks not the virus but the after effects. I did not wear a mask most of time as that kept the virus up and running within you. I found that everyone who wore a mask was still sick. Regardless of what you think of the masks. When you shopped you touched everything that everyone else touched or when you were outside around people you were still in contact with the virus. What really changed in my opinion is locking down people who were sick and keeping them together. What did they think would happen? Unfortunately if you had other illnesses that became a major issue. Lots of people never knew that they had health issues like myself.

  11. Thank you for bringing this to light because I completely forgot about it! I did see on social media a few months ago that people in China were not allowed to leave their homes at all. It's so shocking to learn because many countries have moved on with their own rules set in place.

  12. From reading the context, it seems that mainland China has been really impacted by what happened in 2020. Though our experiences are different from different parts of the world, I understand that life has its own hardships. I would hope that the world now is better prepared for anything that may happen.

  13. Interesting blog post! Can we really trust the statistics the CDC tells us? It is as if COVID-19 just disappeared this year.

  14. China has actually been blamed for this from the beginning, but in my opinion, the measures China took to address the problem were a little severe. The Pandemic exposed all the horrific things that certain governments had been keeping quiet.

  15. Yes, I also feel like after all this time we're left with more questions about the pandemic then answers.

  16. The way the all of the worlds governments handled the pandemic was disheartening and terrifying, because some tried to help others waited until it was too late and it spread like wildfire.
